Splitting time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Austin, Texas, Veronica Wolfe, PCC, CPCC, ORSC, works as a leadership coach, a life coach, an organizational development consultant and a group facilitator.
As a former corporate executive, she specializes in business and organizational coaching by helping leaders, managers, and teams improve interpersonal relationships, develop executive presence, and increase emotional intelligence. Within organizations, Veronica guides executives, managers, emerging leaders, and their stakeholders to more readily adopt and accept change.
Building on expertise in accounting, human resources, and technology, she integrates a well-rounded business sense with intuition and creative insight. Veronica has launched corporate initiatives, deployed new technologies, and led large-scale corporate change initiatives. Her attentive focus on the ‘people’ element of the people-process-technology model was continuously singled out as the significant contributing factor to project success. Inspired to help others succeed in their large-scale initiatives, she entered management consulting and has worked on enterprise-wide technology and organizational change initiatives with Cisco, Chevron, Intuit, Juniper Networks, PG&E, and others.
When coaching individuals, she focuses on transpersonal change and growth where she specializes in cultivating deeper levels of authenticity and presence, increasing emotional and spiritual intelligence, and growing self-confidence. Anchored in practical spirituality, she uses an intuitive approach to quickly facilitate and foster results for clients. Typical clients include organizational managers and leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists, artists, folks who consider themselves 'in transition,' and spiritual seekers.
When not working with clients or playing with her grandchildren, this health and fitness enthusiast can be found practicing yoga, enjoying live music, or communing with nature.
