An experienced corporate executive, she specializes in business and organizational coaching by supporting leaders, managers, and their teams improve interpersonal relationships, increase emotional intelligence, and cultivate executive presence. In organizations, Veronica guides experienced and emerging leaders and their stakeholders to more readily adopt and accept change.
Building on expertise in accounting, human resources, operations and technology, she integrates a well-rounded business sense with intuition and creative insight. Veronica has launched corporate initiatives, deployed new technologies, and led large-scale corporate change initiatives. Her attentive focus on the ‘people’ element of the people-process-technology model has been repeatedly praised as a significant contribution to project success. Inspired to help others succeed in their large-scale initiatives, she entered management consulting and has worked on enterprise technology and organizational change initiatives with Cisco, Chevron, Intuit, Juniper Networks, PG&E, and others.
