From her office in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, Veronica Wolfe, PCC, CPCC, ORSC, works as an executive, leadership and team coach, an organizational development consultant, and a strategic facilitator.  

An experienced corporate executive, she specializes in business and organizational coaching by supporting leaders, managers, and their teams improve interpersonal relationships, increase emotional intelligence, and cultivate executive presence. In organizations, Veronica guides experienced and emerging leaders and their stakeholders to more readily adopt and accept change. 

Building on expertise in accounting, human resources, operations and technology, she integrates a well-rounded business sense with intuition and creative insight. Veronica has launched corporate initiatives, deployed new technologies, and led large-scale corporate change initiatives. Her attentive focus on the ‘people’ element of the people-process-technology model has been repeatedly praised as a significant contribution to project success. Inspired to help others succeed in their large-scale initiatives, she entered management consulting and has worked on enterprise technology and organizational change initiatives with Cisco, Chevron, Intuit, Juniper Networks, PG&E, and others.

When coaching individuals, she focuses on transpersonal change and growth, cultivating deeper levels of authenticity and presence, increasing emotional and spiritual intelligence, and growing self-confidence in clients. Anchored in practical spirituality, she uses an intuitive approach to quickly facilitate and foster results for clients. Typical clients include organizational leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, technologists, artists, folks who consider themselves 'in transition' and spiritual seekers.

In her work as a meeting and group facilitator, clients consistently report that results exceed expectations. Veronica works with business-based and spiritually based groups. She has facilitated cross-functional meetings and retreats, led peer circles, coaching circles, and wisdom circles. She is an experienced facilitator of World Cafes and Appreciative Inquiry and is trained in Open Space Technology. She subscribes to The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter. Her presence invites safety and invokes deep conversation. 

Ms. Wolfe received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and completed the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) curriculum at the Center for Right Relationship (CRR). She received training from Team Coaching International (TCI), the Institute for Productive Tension (IPT), and Envision Global Leadership (EGL). She served the International Coach Federation (ICF) as President of East Bay Coaches and as a board member of the San Francisco Bay Area Coaches. Veronica is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a certified trainer for the Connection Practice, and a Prayer Chaplain at Unity of Walnut Creek. She is experienced with HeartMath techniques and with Non-Violent, or Compassionate Communication

When not working with clients or spending time with her grandchildren, this health and fitness enthusiast might be found in the Pilates studio, on the volleyball court, dancing to live music, or communing with nature.
